OwlTech Perditus Fleet Crew and Companions Outfit Replacer (TNG type)

This patch distributes the TNG style outfits to the Elite Crew and the main Companions as shown in the photos. Also, they are provided Phasers.
This is a simple patch that is for those who wish to have their crew already equipped with this style uniform and weapon, rather than having to manually equip them individually as you recruit them.
CONFLICT: Any mod that touches Estelle Vincent. This patch moves Estelle off The Key and onto the Arcturus Drydock to make recruiting easier and available even if you are not Crimson Fleet.

1.01The Crew and Companions in Gold outfits with ranks of Ensign, Lt(jg), Lt, and Lt Commander do not work until the next main mod update (for default character load). I used the "no rank" Gold TNG outfits for now and will update after the next main mod update.
The correct ranked uniforms can be found on the Arcturus Drydock, cargo Bay 4, and can be manually equipped if you so choose.
