Neon Houseboat - Legacy

The old version of my houseboat mod, cut down, with a few fixes, better reflections, and a player storage safe by the bed. The main mod will expand separately post Free Lanes update.
This is for people who prefer the simpler scope and smaller boat size, since the main version has diverged from the original vision.
While this is a minimalistic long term support version, it's still a new plugin recompacted as a small plugin, so please leave the cell or start a new save, and avoid using both plugins at once. Let me know any glaring issues in the Bethesda Discord, @Hycas
