Sold at The Viewport, Jake's (New Atlantis), Broken Spear (Cydonia), The Hitching Post, The Rock (Akila City), and Astral Lounge, Madame Sauvage's Place, Euphorika (Neon). Assign it to a quickslot for easy access. Increases Starborn power regeneration speed for 30s, and deals 5 Radiation Damage.
