In the Freelanes update, Bethesda introduced several issues/oversights, basically breaking contraband scanning in several occasions.

After exiting cruise mode, contraband scanning fails to trigger in the orbits of Volii Alpha (Neon), Gagarin, and Polvo.

If you decide to turn off the autopilot (but still be in cruise mode) exactly before arriving to the destination, you can land in the city with all your contraband simply from galaxy map.

---> This fix squashes both of this issues.

Note: (!) If contraband scanning doesn't work immediately after the fix, try scanning in a location where it works (e.g New Atlantis Orbit), then the system will update and everything will work again. However, this may not be necessary.

(::: HOW IT WAS DONE? :::)

There were some missing references on orbit locations, so i added them. Without them scans on Volii Alpha (Neon), Gagarin, and Polvo did not trigger by exiting Cruise mode (arriving at location)

If you have contraband on board and are in cruise mode, fast travel will be disabled when you open the galactic map, preventing you from cheating the system as before.
