Panoptes Poseidon Class-M Engines

This creation adds a set of Class-M variants of the Poseidon Engines by Panoptes. It contains several variations:

DT240 = 4-power variant. DT250 = 3-power variant. DT260 = 2-power variant.

And it also adds a set of Class-M variants of SAE Engines by Slayton Aerospace. It only has one variation:

SAE-6550 = 2-power variant.

Each have a set of identical stats that follows the Class-M Nova Colony boosters, and also added some landing thrust to help with not needing too much landing gear even though it has a reduced mass that follows some Class-A engines. It also matched the top speed of 180 like the White Dwarf experimental Class-A engines.

Not exactly balanced, but it has all the best stats that the other engines in the base game has without exceeding any of them.
