Outpost Raids

timer-based outpost raids from different pirate factions. Catch the raiders on-time or else, have your outpost be raided and looted by them. Raiding has different stages that you can catch the raiders at:
- In space orbiting the outpost planet
- landing on the outpost planet
- attacking the outpost
- looting the outpost
- Taking off the planet
- in-space leaving the outpost's system (grav jump out)
- in their own designated system trying to land on their planet
Raiders can attack you even when you are away from your outpost.
Raiders will progress through this over time. And the player can see the raiders in-action from far away raiding, looting, landing, taking off etc.
Fail to catch them at any of these stages, and the outpost's loot will be stashed in their outposts and you need to take them back.
