Show Date When Waking Up
By SkinnyPig2
Community Rating
Shows a notification displaying the current in-game date and optionally time in the upper right corner every time you wake up.
Unlike previous Bethesda games, Starfield doesn't seem to have any ongoing indication of what the current in-game date is. It tells you at the start of the game that it's May 7, 2330, and it still tracks time after that, but it just doesn't show it.
This creation uses the global variables the game already uses to track the passage of time and formats them into a readable date that appears as a notification every time you wake up.
Using the gameplay options menu, you can set the notification to display just the date, the date and the time, or the date and time in ISO 8601 format.
This creation is safe to install mid-game.
