Ship Pieces Unlocked

All ship pieces are now accessible at the Outpost ship builder. This includes all weapons, exclusive company pieces, shielded cargo, and pirate equipment. You still require the relevant perks to buy them however.
May cause some slowdowns when switching between tabs due to the sheer number of items. Recommend you use a UI mod for the ship builder to make things more managable.
