Remove EXP from gameplay options

Updated for Free Lanes! Remove entirely the EXP boost/penalty, now your free to change your experience without changing your exp curve if you want so.
LOAD ORDER : I only edit the Gameplay Options file, so if no other mods touch it, you can have this mod last in the load order.
