Outpost NPC Prefab - Deserted Relay Station

Straight forward. This mod allows you to build a Deserted Relay Station as your own outpost complete with lights, working furniture, activators, containers, and doors. This mod is a part of a collection of upcoming NPC POI outpost prefab mods that will be released separately (most of the NPC outposts will be buildable eventually).
You are limited to building one per outpost. Outpost Management and Outpost Engineering skills required. Cost: 2,000,000 credits. Produces 150 power. Also comes with a bonus custom fence prefab (with a working door) that you can place around your harvesters or storage, or whatever you want.
Although it works. This mod is experimental. Use at your own risk.
FAQ: Q: Will all NPC outposts be ported and buildable? A: No. Some outposts are just not practical to be built. Some are too large or some are built on certain specific terrain.
Q: Can you move individual parts and pieces? A: Not without console commands and only for certain pieces like furniture or containers.
Q: Do the NPC's pathfind on it properly? A: I don’t know. It’s still experimental. Followers seem to work though.
Q: Why not include it all in one .esm file? A: Because then there would be bugs or crashes.
