No Starborn Power Cost

Do you find Starborn powers interesting yet never get around to using most of them due to their cost and how long you have to wait before using them again? Are you longing to feel like a "real" Starborn? Do you want to dominate the lesser mortals around you with your awesome new abilities? Then this is the mod for you.
With No Starborn Power Cost, all Starborn powers will cost zero to cast, including any that are ever added by Bethesda or mod authors in the future. Cast as often and as quickly as you like, and never sit around waiting for the bar to refill again.
