ZeeOgre's Outpost Materiel Terminal

A new vendor terminal in the lodge with selectable options for contraband purchase, instant reset, and increased credits.

Enhanced inventory for Starborn users, credit scale with its own built in GPO, that works with "default" in-game credits as well.

(By default, all are enabled, credits are at baseline.)

Allows placement of a desktop, wall mount, or floor standing kiosk in outposts, player homes and ships.

Achievement friendly version forthcoming which will incur XP penalties for playing without skill requirements, Contraband, and Credit increases.

*Had some delays getting new screens and icons to show up, especially in xbox. should be good now.
