Particle Stealth Lens

Most guns get suppressor or silencer options. It's weird that particle beams do not. This mod adds Stealth Lens options to Big Bang, Va'ruun Inflictor, Va'ruun Starshard, Novalight, and Novablast. I'm aware Novablast isn't a particle beam weapon, but it needed a suppressor too.

These stealth lens options require Muzzles 2 to be researched (like Stealth Lasers do) and in pretty much all ways mechanically act just like Stealth Laser muzzles do.

You'll notice the lack of an archive with this mod. I haven't added new sounds nor new meshes. The existing Focus Lens mesh has been used, and the sounds weren't so terribly loud that I felt like doing the work to make new ones. Maybe those will come later.
