Med Craft

A very small quality-of-life mod. This adds Med Pack, Trauma Pack, and Emergency Kit crafting recipes. Crafting them requires you to research Medical Treatment 2, 3, and 4, respectively. I've tried to make the crafting requirements fair and very standardized.
