Flip the Lever - No skill or cost for Full, Semi, Burst mode change

The models of some weapons show a select fire switch or lever but you need a high skill in weapon modifications and resources to change it. Often you will find a legendary weapon but it has a fire mode that you do not like. So, you have to grind away at the research and skill challenges... Yes, it provides a challenge when you are new to the game but when you have played enough it gets tedious.
This mod removes the skill and resource requirements from the receiver modifications. You still need to make the change at a weapon workstation. It only applies to the vanilla weapons of the base game that already have the ability to change the fire mode. The Coachman for example does not.
This is a small master file. This mod is considered a "Hard Edit" since it simply deletes the skill requirement entries and recipe entries of the "co_gun_mod_" records. For example: "co_gun_mod_Grendel_Receiver_SemiAuto" It may conflict with other mods that also edit these records. It will not change any new weapons added by mods or DLC content. You should be able to add or remove this mod at any time. It doesn't actually delete anything it just tells the game to ignore some of the data.
Edit: My original image file had a circle around what I think might be the safety switch on the Grendel, so I replaced it with the Beowulf, which definitely is select fire. The Kodama also has a lever but I can't read the text even when really close.
