There is a hidden perk in the base game that reduces damage done and increases damage taken based on the number of times you've been through the unity. I understand that it's supposed to be a balancing thing but it kinda sucks that you get WEAKER each time you enter the unity! I decided to repurpose the perk and make it into something a little better and to incentivize entering the unity.
This is a more powerful version of the base mod.
Now each time you enter the Unity, certain stats will increase incrementally base on the number of times you've entered it, capping at 10.
Experience: 40% more per unity entrance, five times more experience at Unity 10. I realize this is a VERY large increase but experience requirements very quickly become ridiculous and this should give a very nice incentive to leave your current universe behind.
Carry Weight: 10% per unity entrance, 100% extra at Unity 10. Sell Prices: 10% per unity entrance, 100% extra at Unity 10. Ship Cargo Weight: 10% per unity entrance, 100% extra at Unity 10. Sudden Development Chance: 10% per unity entrance, 100% extra at Unity 10.
Buy Prices: 5% less per unity entrances, 50% less at Unity 10. Oxygen Use: 5% less per unity entrance, 50% less at Unity 10.
Reload Speed: 4% faster per unity entrance, 40% faster at Unity 10.
This should give you more of a reason to enter the unity and leave everything behind!
I'll probably update this mod as I think of more things to add to it.
