Vasco Recognizes More Player Names

This creation adds alternative spellings and additional names to the list of player names Vasco can recognize and say. If your name is in the list below, Vasco will now be able to address you personally!
Please keep in mind that the few names I've added that are completely new, which aren't simply alternative spellings of names Vasco can already pronounce, were made by splicing together audio from the other names, and that the quality of these new names can vary. A lot of them sound indistinguishable as having been spliced together, while others sound more obviously artificial.
