Restrictions Restored (Background Dialogue Unlocked)

This is a very small mod that restores the trait restrictions for Aurielianis': Background Dialogue Unlocked mod. So you can't be both a Neon Street Rat and United Colonies Native, or a Universalist with Serpent's Embrace. It also changes the icon of the Trait Backgrounds from the Extrovert to the Introvert (since I prefer this icon).
NOTE: Place this mod BELOW: Background Dialogue Unlocked in your load order. And if you are using my other mod: Potent Traits or any mod that alters existing traits than make sure to that/those mod/mods BELOW this mod in your load order.
