Default Carry Weight of 940

This mod changes the default player carry weight to 940, witch is the perfect number and I'll explain why: if you select the "reduced" option in the gameplay settings it will reduce your carry weight by 50, so now your should have a carry weight of 890, and if you get the 2 skill magazine perks that increase your carry weight you should now have a carry weight of 900. Now if you also get Rank 4 of Weight Lifting your carry weight should be 1000. So with reduced carry weight, 2 magazine perks and rank 4 in Weight Lifting you have a carry capacity of 1000! Hopefully that's enough to satisfy most players.
NOTE: Since this mod changes the default carry weight it requires a new game to work! (sorry!) But if you don't want to use the: "player.setav carryweight" command and want a carry weight of 1000 (even with the reduced carry weight option), than this mod if for you. Enjoy!
