Spacesuit Design (No Free Crafting)

One of my pet peeves has been that you can sometimes "craft" something without using anything at ALL! So I made this mod to fix that, this mod removes the free crafting in Spacesuit Design Rank 4. On it's own this mod will make Rank 4 Spacesuit Design worthless (since nothing in the base game requires Spacesuit Design Rank 4 to be crated), however with mods like: Starfield Extended: Craftable Quality, you do need Rank 4 in Spacesuit Design to craft certain high level quality mods. I'm sure there are other mods out there that require rank 4 in Spacesuit Design to unlock certain things, but I don't know of any other than Craftable Quality.

Anywawy if you install this mod AFTER you spent any points in Spacesuit Design than you will still get free crafting at rank 4, so it's best to either: A) Install this mod BEFORE getting any ranks in Spacesuit Design. B) Use console commands to remove the Spacesuit Design Perk and then either add the Perk again with cosole commands or use mods that allow you to respec or purchase skill points (but I'd recommend option A).

NOTE: Place this mod BELOW any mods that affect the Spacesuit Design Skill (like Skill Fixes by Argonil94)
