Melee Weapon Name Fix

Update: Added the two new qualities from the Free Lanes update.
Fixes melee weapon tier prefixes (Sharpened, Honed. Quantum-Edged, Flawless, Masterwork) being overwritten by other prefixes.
This edits the melee instance naming rules and thus will be incompatible with mods that change this as well.
