A nice, modest home above the bar. It got a nice view, well-litted, good layout, and you can claim it right away with no issue. Altohugh having an option to buy the apartment will be nice for the immersion. My only complaint is the lack of a bathroom area. Making one currently is hard due to a lack of walls and how high the ceilings are in this apartment.
