Legendary Items In Vendor

I created this mod for myself, but I will share it with everyone. The modification involves adding legendary items to vendor lists, allowing players to find legendary items at their respective vendors.
1* - uncommon
2* - rare
3* - super rare
Update 6/18/24: Redid all vendor legendary lists to make them fair and balanced. Update 6/18/24: fix weapon vendors. Update 6/20/24: added more vendor items lists.
