This New Game Plus Multiverse Add-On changes the positions of the stars in the galaxy.
Activate it when you reach NG+ and you'll have the genuine impression that you've entered a different universe.
The systems are placed in a manner that make sense in relation to the Colony War. Some parts of the map are unreachable if you don't have a Grav drive with maximum range (the Guardian ship you get at the beginning of your NG+ has max range though). However this version is very good for a fresh start and can be dealt with if you have a new character and the Frontier.
This mod can be activated anytime, anywhere. However, if you activate it mid-save, some of the systems you have already visited may be far away with unexplored systems between you and them.
