Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Stroud Premium Edition's Terran Armada Patch

This patch file is for use with the "Terran Armada" patch for "Stroud Premium Edition." (Yes, it's a patch to a patch.) Obviously, it requires that you be using both SPE and TA. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file, it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
This patch makes all the changes made by CR's separate "Stroud Premium Edition" and "Terran Armada" patches, in addition to adjusting the cargo capacity of the Drake variant bridges added by SPE's TA patch. If using this patch, you do not need to also use those other CR patches.
