Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Tiger Shipyards

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits and habs added by "Tiger Shipyards Overhaul," to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using that mod. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file (or, alternately, the "Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips" file), it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
Note that while the masses of Tiger's cargo modules were decreased as per the changes made to vanilla cargo mods, their capacities were also decreased, to bring them in line with the rest of the cargo modules.
