- Adds new crafting recipes for primers to the industrial workbench
- Rebalances all existing ammo crafting recipes to take advantage of craftable primers
- Updated 'Ammo Research' at the research station to mention primers being unlocked per rank
- Added new crafting recipe for 20mm Explosive Ammo from Shattered Space
