Ecliptic Mercenaries provide space combat spaceship support services; you can find their service terminal at the RedMile. After signing a contract, you can have parts installed at the spaceship service personnel in RedMile(the rules can be adjusted in the gameplay options).
Updated to a multilingual localized version, still only Chinese has verification, others are machine translated: Zhhans: Simplified Chinese, pl: Polish, de: German, fr: French, en: English, ja: Japanese, es: Spanish, it: Italian
