Astra Economy - Legendary Recycling and X-Tech

1. OVERVIEW
Want to reduce the grind to get the legendary gear of your dreams? Simply need more Astras? You're at the right place!
This mod basically adds two dialog topics to Stache at the Trackers Alliance HQ. It's meant to make looting legendaries more useful and gives a new utility to Astras thanks to the "Free Lanes" upgrade system.
Originally the mod was including its own legendary re-roll system that was less cheaty (IMHO) than the ones in the Legendary Module Recycler mod or in Kinggath Creation's "McClarence Outfitters", because it kept randomness. Now it just relies on X-Tech and the vanilla system, so it's just an alternative to these mods, with a focus on Astras. It has the benefit of giving you more Astras to spend into Stache's vanilla trade system, if you needed just that.
2. DETAILS
Trading legendaries
Stache will give you a number of Astras that corresponds to the "star level" of the items you gave him. Each 3 stars, you will be rewarded an Astra.
The mod supports all kind of combinations, namely:
- 1x 3-Stars legendary (1 Astra)
- 3x 2-Stars legendary (2 Astras)
- 3x 4-Stars legendary (4 Astras)
- 1x 2-Stars legendary + 1x 1-Star legendary (1 Astra)
- 1x 4-Stars legendary + 1x 2-Stars legendary (2 Astras)
- 1x 4-Stars legendary + 2x 1-Star legendary (2 Astras)
If the "star level" of the items you gave is not divisible by 3, you will be given back the surplus.
Buying X-Tech
The amount of X-Tech you will receive is settable in the Gameplay Options. There's a list of available settings:
- Very Expensive: You will get 1 X-Tech for 5 Astras.
- Expensive: You will get 1 X-Tech for 3 Astras.
- Even: You will get 1 X-Tech for 1 Astra.
- Cheap: You will get 2 X-Techs for 1 Astra. [Default]
- Very Cheap: You will get 3 X-Techs for 1 Astra.
Supported languages
The mod is available in the following languages:
- English
- French
- German (thanks to PearlCanopus)
3. COMPATIBILITY
Legendary effects added by mods won't be recognized and thus the cycling logic will have an unexpected outcome.
4. RECOMMENDED MODS
- Stellar Crafting - Quality Crafting Overhaul or Xeno's No Credits for Upgrades (NCU) — If you want to replace the credit cost by resources (I personally use Stellar Crafting)
- Baka Free Legendary Rolls and Upgrades Cost Only X-Tech — If you simply want to get rid of the credits fee
- Legendary Aspirational Weapons - Stache's uniques improvement — To make Stache's vanilla option more viable.
