Keep Generic Crew Members Around

Prevents crew members from disappearing when you set a new homeship.

Leave no man behind! Prevents generic crew members from disappearing when you set a new homeship at a Ship Services Technician or steal a ship that has less space for your crew than the previous homeship.

They will be moved to your new homeship unassigned, lingering (sandboxing) in the ship and waiting for an assignment. They won't be removed from the Crew menu list either.
