Overview

When specific level lists are overridden or Walter is overridden too much he goes on strike and vanishes. This patch prevents the leveled list problem by applying the stats directly to him there really isn't a reason to use the leveled list there. This is how the other Constellation non companion member work.

Now the downside, once the damage happens I so far have not found a way to restore him via papyrus or console commands. So this fix will only prevent the issue in future new games.
