Making great outposts but... you are the only one there together with your companion. Now you can fill your outpost with people, bring it to life. Go to Jemison Mercantile and buy some grenades. Just throw a spawn grenade and voila. It spawns everywhere. (also in non breathable areas) This is not permanent. There are 6 different crowds. Male and Female
