Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Mattell's Cockpits and Bridges

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits and bridges added by "Mattell's Cockpits and Bridges Crew Series," to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using Mattell's mod. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file (or, alternately, the "Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips" file), it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
