Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Graf's Mods

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits added by "Graf's Cockpits and Bridges" and of the cargo hall added by "Graf's Habs - Nova 1x1s," to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using both of those mods. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file (or, alternately, the "Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips" file), it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
