Please switch to my new Starborn Scimitar mod. This mod is really ugly (I'm new to this!). Guardian Ships are weird since they aren't modular, so at the time I didn't know how to do anything except alter existing values and convert the Guardian III to Scimitar, then removed all references to Starborn Guardian III from use in the game, I also completely changed the list that determined what ship you received going through Unity, and the type of Starborn ships you encounter in battle. The new mod doesn't alter anything since Scimitar I is a completely new ship using new asset IDs and has been added to the Vanilla drop table for NG+ ships.

As with my other mods, this ship is designed for end game + extreme difficulty. Only load order req is to be below Exigent Circumstances and Ship Vendor Framework.
Stepping through the Unity for the 15th time (or higher) will reward you with Scimitar. Scimitar is compatible with any mod that retextures the Starborn Guardian, but not compatible with any mod that makes alterations to your starting Starborn Ship (anything that makes alterations to "MQ_PlayerStarbornShip".)
Changes from Guardian VI --12,000 shielded Cargo --220 base speed (from 180, can hit 400+ with perks and gear) --increased hull --balanced shield increase (ship is an offensive monster, so I didn't want to go too crazy with defense) --increased maneuverability --Solar Flare replaced with Plasma Lance--a capital ship level weapon (24 pips of power!!) that vaporizes both shield and hull with massively increased fire rate, range, recharge rate and damage. --Gravity Torpedo replaced with Graviton Torpedo--rapid, burst-fire salvo that eviscerates shields and disrupts enemy ship systems (EM damage) while doing very little damage to the ship itself.
I've always loved the Starborn ship, now I can finally use it, and keep using it!
