Integration Patch for Shattered Space and Exigent Circumstances: Starborn

Forsaken Invasion Signal can now be activated for Shattered Space (in the same menu as standard signal). This will now also allow Forsaken Vortex Phantoms to invade the Settled Systems!

Because of the interference caused by rampant Vortex energy, the results can be very unpredictable, and extremely dangerous! These Vortex spawned Forsaken, like all Forsaken, will drop two Forsaken Essence.

This is inconsistent for some reason, my normal Forsaken death script doesn't work on the random spawn Vortex on Dazra (the ambush encounters), but does for Vortex Phantoms that spawn like normal enemies, so I added the ability to convert Vortex Shards into FE directly in the AI menu as an alternative to get FE

New Weapon:

Jinan's Fury-- an extremely powerful, fully customizable version of the Va'ruun Penumbra with a unique appearance. Unlocked at the Scimitar AI Interface for 400 Forsaken Essence (permanently decreases to 100 after first craft). For full power, the trigger must be held for two seconds before firing. This is a single shot recharging weapon, but can be increased up to four shots depending on modifications.

**If you need a Va'ruun Penumbra and Vortex Shards for your first craft, you can find those items somewhere in the Lodge--in the most logical place.
