This Patch Does The Following

Moves crafting of the outfits to the DarkStar Cosplay Workbench
Adds Mk.II enhancement recipes, also at the Cosplay Workbench
Adds vanilla and Mk.II pieces to the Codex Extractor
Turns the separate hand prosthetics into a NeuroCom 3 "neuroamp" same as the headpiece
