Adds an Allied Armaments PDW-27 to the UC Marine and Custom SKK Fast Start New Game loadouts.
- 02 UC Marine starts with the UC-themed version of the PDW-27
- 05 Custom starts with the Fleet version of the PDW-27
This uses the "Add To List" feature of form lists in CreationKit, so while no scripting was required here it should still live alongside other (eventual) starter kits for SKK Fast Start.
