Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - House Va'Ruun Ship Habs

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits and cargo halls added by "House Va'Ruun Ship Habs" by Downfall Nemesis, to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using Nem's mod. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file (or, alternately, the "Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips" file), it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
