ExiCirc:Beyond Useful Infirmaries patch

This patch, like all of the others is perfectly safe to install mid-play through or after getting Scimitar. If you want to uninstall this mod, go to a space port, switch to a different ship than Scimitar and save before logging out and removing the patch mod (useful brigs/infirmary patches, or this one)

-Turns 1/2 of the Starborn bed into a medpod, requires a doctor (human OR robot) to work!
