DESCRIPTION:

A visual makeover of one of the "Volcanic" biomes and turn the ground into lava.

This mod edits one of the "Volcanic" Biomes (VolcanicRoughNoLife02) and turns it into a vast lava field. The lava is purely cosmetic and does not cause thermal damage. For immersion, I made the lava more like crusted lava rather than a flowy one, so it's plausible to walk on it with good protective gear. On planets and moons with an atmosphere, the weather has also been adjusted to enhance the landscape's appearance; don't expect to see clear skies here. Instead, you'll get volcanic lightning, thick ash clouds, falling hot ash, and low visibility due to the outgassing lava. This mod is a "skin pack" for the biome. It does not alter gameplay mechanics such as flora, fauna, resources, keywords, or quests.

INSTALLATION: Download the file via a mod manager. The mod can be installed mid-game. For those of you who are approaching the BA2 limit, you can find the loose file version under the "Miscellaneous Files" section. The Main File is not needed.
