Improved player stealth

Some game settings that help significantly with stealth gameplay, without making things too easy. This brings sneaking difficulty more in line with previous Bethesda games.

You can now wear a heavier spacesuit before the weight penalty starts to seriously affect your stealth.
The distance enemies may hear you from while you are sneaking has been reduced. They should no longer be able to hear you while you are sneaking on the next floor down from them.
The view detection cone of NPCs has been reduced to 130 degrees. This is far more reasonable for enemies wearing a spacesuit or security helmet.

Followers will also benefit from these settings, I suggest using this with my Improve your follower's stealth creation.

This just a plugin with the three settings, so no archive limits to worry about. It should be placed below anything else in your load order that affects stealth.
