Restore Missing Mod Slates

DESCRIPTION If you have accidentally sold or lost one of the configuration slates that some of my other mods use, this will allow you to craft something at an industrial workbench which can give you extra copies of any slate that you may be missing. It will be much safer to do this if you're missing a slate than to try removing and re-adding a mod on a save to get another copy, as doing that can result in perks, scripts etc. being orphaned in your save and potentially causing problems later.

All my other mods have a slate or other activator that is already craftable at a workbench or in the decorator, have settings in Gameplay Options instead, or have no settings you can change.
