a GRiNDTerra Sandbox Patch

Designed for GRiNDTerra mods, but can be used all by itself no requirements not even any GRiNDTerra mods!

It is a completely Standalone no requirement small master mod! (I recommend loading near top of your list) I have made changes to the default sandboxing behavior to help NPCs seem more lively. I decided to make this a small master "patch" for maximum compatibility and in case people don't want such a serious change and isnt a big enough change to warrant its own modpage.

It changes the default radius and height that NPCs will search for sandboxing activities to 51m. Changes to the NPCs "Sandbox Energy" removed all negative multipliers. This helps them be more active. Reduced Time Multipliers on sandbox activities to take into account mods that designate their own time.
