This mod changes the buffs of the Wanted Trait and likelihood of encountering Mercenary Bounty Hunters. In the vanilla game the the Wanted Trait gives 20% bonus damage at 20% or lower health. But with this mod, it now gives 30% bonus damage at 30% or lower health. And the likelihood of encountering mercenaries has been reduced from 35% to 30%.
