This Patch Does The Following Adds crafting, enhancement, and codex extraction to Thor's Hammer (Mjollnir). Does not change the built-in default legendary effects when crafting or enhancing, so this is a cheeky way to get Furious, Staggering, and Concussive codexes for pretty cheap.
