Useful Brigs x Lambent Patch

This patch allows the Lambent: Street Rat Ship Services brig to function with Kordic's Useful Brig mod, so you can now capture scallywags for fun and profit in style!

Notes:

If the cell at the rear of the hab has been disabled by an aft door connection, captured NPCs might idle in the now empty space where the cell used to be. For best results I recomend making sure both holding cells are active and available for use by Useful Brigs

Because the holding cells in the current brig are so small, each holding cell only holds one prisoner at a time to avoid inhumane overcrowding.
