Meet Estelle Vincent

Estelle Vincent is a cunning and ambitious smuggler operating within the criminal underworld of Neon. Once associated with the Freestar Collective, Estelle eventually turned to a life of crime after becoming disillusioned with authority and the rigid systems that governed the Settled Systems. Sharp-tongued, intelligent, and endlessly resourceful, she carved out a reputation for herself among smugglers and opportunists who thrive in Neon’s shadows.

Estelle is closely tied to the Trade Authority and several illicit operations involving contraband trafficking, stolen goods, and underground dealings. Despite her criminal lifestyle, she carries herself with confidence and sophistication, often masking danger behind charm and wit. Her ability to manipulate situations and people alike makes her both a valuable ally and a potentially dangerous enemy.

Meet Linsay Rousseau

Linsay Rousseau is an American actress, voice actor, writer, and performance capture performer known for her extensive work across video games, animation, television, and motion capture projects. Based in Los Angeles, Rousseau began her career in theatre before moving into voice acting and performance capture, where her background in martial arts, combat training, and military service helped her stand out in action-heavy roles. She is an Iraq War Army veteran and also holds a master’s degree in journalism from UC Berkeley. Alongside her acting career, she has been involved in advocacy work and creative writing, building a reputation for bringing emotional intensity and realism to her performances.

Rousseau is perhaps best known outside gaming for voicing Elita-1 in Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy, while in gaming she has contributed to numerous major franchises through both voice work and full performance capture.

Some of Rousseau’s notable game credits include Starfield, where she voiced Estelle Vincent, Armistice Archives Monitor, Milena Axelrod, Simone Jansen, Yuko Serrano, and Zoe Kaminski. Other game credits include God of War Ragnarök; DEATHLOOP; Fallout 76; Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III; Spider-Man 2; World of Warcraft; The Elder Scrolls Online; Rage 2; Path to Nowhere; and WWE 2K24 among many others. Her work frequently blends traditional voice acting with creature vocals, stunt choreography, and performance capture.
